Fruit Leather

I've been experimenting with making fruit leathers and have made a couple thus far.

Basically you take fruit, blend it and spread it on a drying sheet. Since my fruit is mostly frozen from last summer, I bring it to a boil first and boil off some of the excess water

Not wanting to under-dry I've made some pretty tough leather so far, but it still tastes good.

Next time I will make sure that I spread the fruit to at least 1/4 inch thick and dry @ 130oF  for 5 -7 hours or until solid and slightly sticky.

I've got a lot of fruit in the freezer so I'll be experimenting with different flavours too.
